Your Role & Impact 

As a Community Outreach Worker, you’ll be a frontline ambassador for TrueCare, responsible for engaging with underserved populations and connecting them to essential health services. You’ll coordinate and attend community events, distribute educational materials, and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to promote health awareness and increase patient enrollment. 

Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve. 

What We’re Looking For:
 

  • Local candidates will be considered. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Associate degree in healthcare or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent experience in outreach or healthcare customer service.
  • Knowledge of local community-based agencies i.e. experience conducting health screenings and community presentations in the city of Perris and neighboring communities! 
  • Availability to work outside of standard hours (e.g., evenings, weekends) 
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills to engage with community members
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse populations.
  • Will require to use own vehicle to travel daily to outreach venues.  A California Driver's License, proof of automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required (no tickets or accidents) is required.

The pay range for this role is $23.00 per hour - depending on work experience and internal equity. The maximum that one can make while holding this title will be 32.20 per hour.
