Where You Will Work
Looking to live in a small town with big opportunities? Our Bagdad operations in Arizona offers housing at a subsidized rate, a family-friendly atmosphere and numerous amenities including an aquatic center, golf course and fitness center. Located 100 miles northwest of Phoenix, Bagdad is home to the world's first commercial - scale concentrate leach processing facility, as well as one of the longest continuously operating solvent extraction/electrowinning plants in the world. Responsible for the business performance of the establishment. Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit. Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality standards. Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management. Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance. Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control. Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.

What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $48,400-$72,300. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
