Provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to an assigned unit or department. In this role, you prepare, type, proofread, and finalize a wide range of documents including correspondence, reports, forms, requisitions, invoices, work orders, and training materials, copy and collate materials for distribution or records retention, and collect and maintain departmental attendance records. As the Admin Assistant, you serve as receptionist by greeting visitors, answering, screening, and directing telephone calls, gathering essential information, and providing general assistance, open, sort, record, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and payments to appropriate personnel, and maintain computerized and paper filing systems to support departmental operations. In addition, you inventory and order office supplies and equipment, coordinate repairs and servicing of office equipment, and perform other duties as requested.
What We Offer You
The estimated pay range for this role is currently $21.00 - $29.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
