What you’ll do

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce consistent, high-quality products
Perform repetitive sewing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Stay focused and maintain a steady pace throughout your shift
Keep your area organized and production-ready
Support other areas of the plant when needed—we win as a team
Work safely and take care of the equipment you use

Experience

Sewing or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
If you’ve done repetitive, hands-on work before (assembly, production, machine operation), you’ll likely be a strong fit
