Job Summary: The Marketing Representative is responsible for supporting and executing marketing and sales initiatives to drive patient acquisition and strengthen relationships with referral sources. This role serves as a key liaison between physician offices, community partners, and internal clinical and operational teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and growth across outpatient clinics. Key Responsibilities •    Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physician offices and community partners through regular outreach and in-person visits  •    Educate referral sources on organizational services, capabilities, and value proposition  •    Drive patient volume growth across outpatient clinics through targeted marketing efforts  •    Collaborate closely with operations and clinical teams to communicate feedback, trends, and opportunities from referring providers and staff  •    Monitor and analyze referral and volume trends, identifying growth opportunities and underperforming accounts  •    Ensure accuracy and consistency of digital presence, including websites and online business profiles  •    Coordinate and order marketing materials and supplies for clinic locations  •    Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to increase patient acquisition and lead generation  •    Track, manage, and submit monthly marketing expenses in compliance with organizational policies  •    Support coordination of marketing and sales activities, including potential involvement in contract negotiations  •    Maintain reports and dashboards related to marketing performance, referrals, and sales activity  Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field  •    1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role  Skills & Competencies •    Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and data analysis tools  •    Knowledge of lead generation strategies and marketing support functions  •    Familiarity with sales forecasting and reporting  •    Proficiency in general data analysis software and CRM tools  •    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  •    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail  •    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams  Additional Requirements •    Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Benefits Overview: •    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience •    Eligibility for performance-based bonus tied to key metrics •    Choice of two medical plan options, plus dental and vision coverage •    Health Savings Account (HSA) available •    401(k) retirement plan with employer match and profit-sharing •    Up to 21 days of paid time off annually •    9 paid holidays each year •    Life and disability insurance coverage •    Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for support and resources •    Professional development opportunities •    Educational assistance program  Qualifications
