Guaranteed promotion to Account Executive role with 4 months of hitting quota in a row.
As an Outbound BDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospects via cold calls, emails, and social channels, partnering closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.
Prospect and identify target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and/or any other Sales Automation and Powerdialer tech stack
Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota (meetings set, pipeline generated)
0–5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or relevant internships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and comfort with rejection
Highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus
Experience in SaaS or B2B sales
Experience with outbound prospecting
Track record of hitting or exceeding goals
Solid Base Salary
OTE: $135,000+
