A willingness to acquire a Class B CDL within six months of hire is also required.

Essential Functions

Prepare accurate quotes quickly and efficiently in support of sales operations.

  • Support outside sales representatives by processing quotes and coordinating related documentation.
  • Assist outside sales by preparing required paperwork to expand existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
  • Prepare and coordinate jobs from order initiation through completion.
  • Conduct sales transactions with out-of-area and walk-in customers in a professional manner.
  • Complete final inspections of finished trucks, including photographing units, obtaining weight measurements, and performing fuel testing.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of completed trucks to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Answer and route incoming sales calls while providing prompt, courteous customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Effectively organizes tasks, resources, and information to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
  • Applies mathematical reasoning and calculations accurately to support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Utilizes relevant tools, technology, and systems competently to perform job-related tasks.
  • Pays close attention to detail to ensure work is complete, accurate, and meets established standards.
  • Manages time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to acquire Class B CDL within 6 months of hire.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
