Receptionist 

Johnson Motors is seeking a full time Receptionist to support the team and assist with appointment scheduling and phone coverage. Other duties as assigned.

Core Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Required Skills: 

  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and over the phone  
  • Poised, cheerful and positive attitude. 
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of computers and ability to troubleshoot basic problems. 
  • Self-motivation

Requirements

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answering phones, coordinating appointments.
  • Greeting and checking in customers
  • Balancing invoices and submitting receipts to accounting
  • Update pricing in the systems as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to 3rd party team as needed
