Job Description

Are you ready to embark on a thrilling career and save the day with cutting-edge technology? We are actively seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Central Station Operation professionals. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the monitoring customer alarm systems and daily customer support interactions. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.  

TWO SHIFTS:

2nd (1400-2200) and 3rd (2200-0600)

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Attentiveness: Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems (BONUS PAID FOR ARRESTS) 
  • Provide accurate information to the proper authorities by notifying appropriate points of contact of issues that arise i.e., dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior 
  • Customer Support: Use your customer service skills and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed 
  • Effectively document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
