This role requires a keen eye for detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with tasks including final inspections, re-inspections, and light touch-ups.

Final Walk Inspector – Student Turn Season

For nearly 40 years, Uptown Rental Properties has been the top choice for University of Cincinnati students. Our teams do the heavy lifting—now we need your sharp eye to make sure every unit is truly move-in ready.

As a Final Walk Inspector, you'll be the last checkpoint before new residents arrive, making sure everything looks great and meets our standards during the fast-paced Student Turn season.

 Work is available now, but the busiest period runs from July 31st to August 15th.

What You'll Do:

  • Final Inspections (75%) –  Visually inspect units after punch, paint, cleaning, and flooring work to ensure everything is up to standard.

  • Re-Inspections (25%) – Recheck units that needed fixes and give the final sign-off.

A Typical Day:

  • Check in with the Turn Captain for updates

  • Review tasks in Rent Manager’s Make Ready Board

  • Flag and document any issues

  • Do light touch-ups with a small cleaning kit

  • Work with the team to keep everything running smoothly
