The role requires strong clinical skills for assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention, as well as effective collaboration and communication.
Job Description
Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified IIBHT Therapist to join their team in Roseburg, OR! This position works Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The IIBHT Therapist is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) who provides integrated outpatient mental health treatment services within the IIBHT program that are based on medical necessity and that support and promote mental health and wellness. QMHPs endeavor to a) Promote symptom reduction, resiliency, wellness, independence and safety for individuals and families receiving mental health services and supports; b) Specify standards for services and supports that are person-directed, client-guided, culturally competent, and trauma-informed and wellness informed; and c) Promote functional outcomes for individuals throughout a continuum of care that is developmentally appropriate.
