This full-time role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep financial operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with teams across the company. This hybrid position is based in Portland, Oregon, and requires one to two days per week in the office for weekly pay runs and mail sorting, along with several in-office days at the start of the role for training.
