Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Yard Associate. This role requires a High School Diploma and experience operating construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and take ownership of yard maintenance and equipment management.
Job Description
General Duty:
- Check equipment in / out
- Verify unit and serial numbers on equipment against paperwork
- Verify outbound equipment is clean and rent-ready
- Document new damages on inbound equipment
- Take pictures of all equipment as it enters and leaves yard
- Yard maintenance as needed (mow/edge/water/clean)
- Take “ownership” of the yard.
- Other duties as needed
- High School Diploma
- Must have experience operating construction equipment
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be safety conscious
- Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather
