Wagner is hiring Press Operators to run punch press and drill equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have press experience or come from a background in machining, fabrication, or production—we’re open to training the right person.

2nd shift includes a $5/hour shift premium for full-time employees.

What You’ll Do

· Operate punch press and drill/tap machines to produce metal parts 

· Load materials and monitor machines during operation 

· Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met 

· Assist with machine setup and tooling adjustments 

· Use measuring tools (tape, calipers, gauges) 

· Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe 

What We’re Looking For

· Experience as a machine operator, press operator, CNC operator, or in manufacturing preferred 

· OR experience in construction, warehouse, or hands-on work with mechanical aptitude 

· Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools 

· Basic math skills (fractions and measurements) 

· Reliable and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

· Active, hands-on role (standing, lifting, moving materials)
