Qualifications

This summer co-op is for high school or college students, at least 16 years old, who are currently enrolled in a welding and/or metal fabrication program. Successful candidates will demonstrate a willingness to learn and use tools, read blueprints, and employ measuring instruments, alongside a strong team-player attitude and keen attention to detail.

This is a summer opportunity is for career-driven students interested in pursuing a career in welding/steel fabrication.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age
  • Enrollment in a welding and/or metal fabrication program required
  • High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview
  • The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary
  • Team-player attitude and strong attention-to-detail.
