POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to learn a valuable trade? Join our team as an Insulator Assistant and be part of a company that values hard work, safety, and professional growth. You’ll support the installation of insulation on commercial construction sites, gaining skills that can grow into a long-term career.

COMPENSATION:

  • Hourly wage is set between $20 and $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cut and prepare insulation materials using hand tools like knives, saws, scissors, and tape measures.
  • Fit insulation around pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems—even around tricky obstructions.
  • Install, remove, and repair insulation to support temperature control and noise reduction in commercial spaces.
  • Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment by supporting our strong safety culture.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Thursday, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • 3 Day Weekend
  • Overtime on Friday when necessary
  • Year-Round Work
  • Current valid driver's license
  • Able to follow directions and learn quickly
  • Comfortable communicating with both field and office staff
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to contribute
