Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding.

  • Safely transfer residents between beds, chairs, and vehicles.

  • Take and record vital signs; collect specimens as needed.

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff.

  • Maintain clean and organized resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

  • Support new resident welcome and orientation.

  • Participate in group activities and resident care conferences.

  • Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • CNA certification or experience in senior care preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for older adults.

  • Ability to read and follow care plans and safety procedures.

  • Commitment to teamwork and a positive work environment.
