What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating the welded steel products that help automakers build stronger, lighter, and safer vehicles. This is a hands-on, high-tech production role where you’ll see the results of your work every day.

You will:
- Package, band, weigh, and stage materials for processing
- Load and unload parts with precision and care
- Build arbors and assist in setting up machines using advanced systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure excellence in every product
- Work with a supportive team that values communication and safety

Training: All new hires start on 1st shift (7a–3p) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11p–7a).
