Job Responsibilities

30% Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from CRM, ERP, Power BI, and other sources. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for sales leadership.

15% Forecasting & Performance Modeling: Assist in developing sales forecasts using historical data and predictive models. Support performance tracking and branch/channel planning. Identify risks and opportunities in sales performance.

15% Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Present findings to senior leadership using clear visualizations and narratives. Recommend strategies to improve sales processes, pricing, and customer targeting. Support strategic initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions or sales productivity improvements.

10% CRM & Data System Management: Maintain and improve CRM data quality. Support system enhancements and integrations. Assist in training sales team members on data usage and reporting tools.

10% Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align data and goals. Ensure data integrity across systems and teams. Participate in planning meetings and strategy sessions.

10% Campaign & Promotion Effectiveness Analysis: Evaluate the ROI of sales campaigns and promotions. Analyze customer behavior and buying patterns. Recommend adjustments to improve future campaign performance.

10% Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor performance. Provide insights on market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.

Job Specific Requirements

      • Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
      • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
      • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone
      • Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time
      • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs

      Starting Pay Range: $26.00-30.69 per hour
