Position Responsibilities: 

• Complete root cause analysis of supply chain data to identify actions needed to positively impact customer and distribution center inventory planning
• Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders 
• Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed
• Utilize specialized software to validate store orders  
• Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors or omissions 
• Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
