With 18,000 Small Business clients across the United States, we provide custom tailored solutions to help small businesses build better Benefits and HR strategies. Our Small Business Producers are dedicated to driving new business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the small business market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, focusing on high-volume deal closure. Success in this position involves building a robust pipeline, striving to close one new deal per week, and developing a personal brand aligned with Gallagher’s high-achieving, collaborative, and innovative culture.
What You Can Expect
Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
