What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound internet and phone inquiries from customers
Schedule appointments for the sales and service departments
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers
Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
