The Leasing Consultant is responsible for following the sales process to convert prospects into residents and maintaining high occupancy levels. They will also provide exceptional customer service and support community marketing efforts while adhering to fair housing laws.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for a goal-driven and sales-motivated individual with at least one year of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, is also required.

We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our apartment community in Jacksonville, FL.
