Job Description

Founded in 2011, Listen 2 Life Hearing Centers (L2L) is a family owned and operated, independent hearing center. We are not a franchise and, and as a result, offer individualized and superior patient care. Our goal is to offer each patient the very best care possible based on unique needs and to provide an enhanced quality of life.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a warm and caring team to provide exceptional patient experience! The patient care coordinator is the first point of contact for the patients, creating a warm, welcoming first impression is essential.

We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients while creating “wow” experiences at every visit!

Schedule/ location: Hours are Monday – Friday – 8AM – 4PM. Location in Flourtown, PA.

What You Will Do:

  • Greet patients face-to- face as well as on the phone professionally.

  • Contact existing patients to schedule appointments as well as routine appointments.

  • Offering a warm, comfortable, pleasant environment/greeting for each patient.

  • Check patients in and out, collecting payments as needed.

  • Administrative office duties.

What You Will Need:

  • Good computer skills

  • Prior Medical Office experience is a plus.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure well.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, must be comfortable making calls.

  • Team player and takes initiative.

  • Providing great patient experience.

  • Positive attitude.
