The primary role of this position is performing assigned tasks within a centralized loan servicing team including but not limited to:

• Utilizes computer tickler system for insurance, recorded mortgages, final title policies and lien cards
• Files all real estate mortgages and mortgage extensions accurately and efficiently, either electronically or at the proper county
• Follows up with customers for lien cards ensuring the perfection of titles for vehicles used as collateral
• Prepares satisfactions of mortgages and partial releases of mortgages and sends them to the appropriate recorder, title company or customer
• Sends paid notes to customers and purges paid loan files
• Indexes, boards and checks back all portfolio and secondary market loans
• Services Fannie Mae portfolio in accordance with Fannie Mae servicing requirements
• Perform ongoing loan maintenance as requested
• Obtains all required loan file information and ensures that the file is properly documented on an ongoing basis

Position Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Knowledge of Windows based software
• 2-years of bank experience preferred 
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Operates a PC and standard office equipment
