About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative. You have the opportunity to work in an environment that is committed to being on the leading edge of AI, sales methodologies, and technologies. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales team. We provide comprehensive training and support—no prior sales experience necessary. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, drive, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and social media to schedule initial consultations
• Conduct qualification calls to understand customer needs and product fit
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with sales team members to hand off qualified opportunities
• Meet weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets and KPI goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development activities
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
• Self-motivated with competitive drive to exceed targets
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Customer-facing or customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM software
