Internship Specifics Danaher's Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Team, based in Washington D.C, is looking for outstanding college students majoring in Accounting, Finance or other related field for our internship program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on various projects. This internship will report to the Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis function at Danaher Corporation. This individual will act as a finance business partner across the G&A organization including Finance, Legal, IT, DBS, Investor Relations and Tax. This candidate will support the forecasting processes for corporate functional leadership. There will be additional involvement with special projects as needed.

What will you learn?

  • Financial Analysis using Power BI, Onestream (including Excel add-in), Excel, etc.
  • Corporate forecasting processes and reporting
  • Report writing and preparation
  • Presentation preparation for reviewing results with senior leaders
  • Variance analysis of key financial metrics/results
  • Special projects as needed (i.e. budget projects, headcount projects, G&A deep dives)

What are we looking for? Qualified applicants will have:

  • Enrolled in Finance, Accounting, or similar Major
  • Undergrad in Business/Finance/Accounting Majors preferred but not required
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.

The salary range for this role begins at $28 per hour for undergrads. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
