We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I (2nd shift) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Operate production equipment safely and accurately to meet quality and productivity expectations under direct guidance.
Strengthen the safety culture by stopping work for hazards, reporting incidents immediately, and consistently using proper protective equipment.
Reduce risk by correcting hazards within your control and helping create an environment where everyone looks out for one another.
Protect product quality through strict adherence to standard work, process documentation, and inspection procedures.
Minimizing defects and cost by identifying non‑conforming material early and raising issues before they affect customers. Identify and report all non-confirming material before they affect customers.
Support reliable delivery by operating manual and automated equipment at required cycle times and meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficiency, safety, and equipment performance.
Contribute to a strong team environment by communicating clearly, completing required training, and actively participating in improvements to safety, quality, and workflow.
