Production Employee - Jar Lines 

For more than 76 years, Spice World has been passionate about bringing everyone a world full of flavor, year-round. 

As a Production Employee in the Jar Lines Department, you will be responsible for monitoring machine operation, feeding materials into machinery, assembling items, packaging items or storing items, and/or palletizing product while keeping the work area clean and safe.

  • Must comply with all good manufacturing practices. 
  • Line employees must operate and monitor the assigned production area, as per the production schedule.
  • Must feed materials to production line.
  • Stagging pallets ready for customers.
  • Labeling pallets as needed.
  • Cleaning up spills immediately and keeping conveyers dry.
  • Cleaning line, sweeping and maintaining work area clean.
  • Report all defects, violations, line/equipment malfunction and issues to line leader.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Availability to work four days, ten hours shifts from Monday to Thursdays.  Availability of working Fridays, weekends and overtime hours as needed. Must be able to lift 30-pound boxes regularly. 

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent required.
  • Utilize knowledge and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends.
