As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in the evaluation, ongoing assessment, treatment, and management of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care that promotes optimal patient outcomes.   What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive chiropractic and rehabilitative services. Collaborate with medical doctors to optimize patient care. Instruct therapeutic exercise protocols and apply various modalities. Manage administrative and practice development tasks. Cultivate a strong professional identity by building meaningful relationships with patients and referral sources, ensuring they consistently think of you for chiropractic care. QualificationsWhat You Will Bring: Phenomenal communication and leadership skills. Prioritize a patient-first mindset by delivering evidence-based care tailored to individual needs. Ability to teach and guide both patients and rehab techs. Maximize patient care in a high-volume environment by adhering to scheduled appointments and maintaining timely interactions. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program. Licensed to practice in Texas. Certifications are a plus (McKenzie, Graston, ART, etc.).
