What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and Adjust: Patrol warper heads, monitor for yarn quality, and make real-time adjustments to ensure smooth operation.

  • Follow Instructions: Read and understand warping instructions, change warpers’ end counts, and prepare reports for each set warped.

  • Operate Equipment: Tape out and warp beams, measure circumference, clean beams at doff, and reset counters as needed.

  • Support Production: Pick up and change yarn packages (up to 30 lbs), climb ladders safely, and maintain clean machinery (tensioners, reeds, creels, etc.).

  • Maintain Quality and Safety: Ensure proper handling of yarn and cleanliness of the warping room to prevent issues and promote efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Prior experience in textile manufacturing is helpful but not required—we provide training!

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and basic math for accurate measurements and counts.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend/squat for cleaning and measuring, climb ladders, and lift yarn packages (up to 30 lbs).

  • Team Mindset: Willingness to work independently and with others to meet production goals.

  • Other Requirements: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to pass a pre-employment background check and substance screening.

Your Work Environment:

You’ll work in a temperature-controlled facility with moderate noise levels. You’ll be around moving equipment and must wear appropriate safety gear.
