Location:  Brooklyn, NY | New York City (NYC)
Pay: $75,000/year + Commission
Full-Time | On-Site

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS), we’re dedicated to helping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. We’re looking for a compassionate and driven Client Outreach Specialist to serve as a key connection between families, schools, and our clinical team across Brooklyn and the NYC area. If you’re someone who thrives on building relationships and guiding families through important decisions, this role offers both purpose and growth.


What You’ll Do;

  • Connect with families, schools, and community partners across Brooklyn and NYC
  • Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluation and diagnosis
  • Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and communication through CRM systems
  • Serve as a consistent, supportive point of contact for families throughout the process
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
