Summary:

As a key member of our dynamic operations team, the Production Team Member plays a vital role in supporting the coating phase of our manufacturing process. This person will be cross trained to support the different phases, including blasting, masking, inspection, and more. This position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and Jet-Hot safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to be cross trained and move to other work areas as needed.
• Duties are considered to be relative to work areas (masking, inspection, coating, etc.).
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Must maintain compliance with OSHA and Jet-Hot safety practices
• Ability to follow work instruction and process documentation.
• Data entry is required in some work areas. 
• Maintain a productive and safe environment.

Duties may include:

• Blasting
• Masking
• Inspecting
• Coating

Qualification requirements:

• 1+ years of prepping/blasting/coating/spraying experience. 
• Experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Include shift schedule5AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday
