The Interventional Radiology division encompasses stationary IR equipment located in University Hospital and The James Cancer Hospital.
The Interventional Radiological Technologist performs invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography Certification, Ohio Department of Health Radiology License; Must have advanced registry in Angiography or Interventional Radiology or Vascular within 24 months of hire. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
