Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager with strong customer service experience and a leadership mindset. This role is ideal for:

  • A senior salesperson ready to move into management

  • An F&I Manager who wants more involvement on the sales floor

  • A high-performing sales professional seeking advancement

  • A motivated individual outside the car business who wants to build a career in automotive

You will lead a team of 5–8 sales professionals, desk and close deals, recruit and develop staff, and serve as backup in F&I when needed. For the right person, we will move you into leadership quickly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and hold accountable a team of 5–8 sales associates

  • Desk and structure vehicle deals

  • Work directly with customers to close transactions

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing sales staff

  • Train and mentor new and existing salespeople

  • Step into F&I as needed to maintain deal flow

  • Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards

  • Drive unit volume and gross objectives


What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service skills in bunches

  • Proven sales performance (automotive preferred, not required)

  • F&I experience is a strong plus

  • Leadership mindset and desire to grow

  • Strong communication and closing skills
