Position Overview

We are currently inviting applications for a Lifestyle Experience Consultant opportunity within our growing remote team. In this role, you'll assist clients as they explore and organize travel and lifestyle-focused experiences by helping coordinate arrangements, reviewing options, and keeping planning steps moving smoothly from start to confirmation.

This flexible remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable experiences, staying organized across multiple planning details, and working independently in a supportive virtual environment. Training resources and continued team guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their interests, priorities, and goals
• Assist with coordinating travel-related services such as accommodations, activities, and transportation
• Review available experience options using approved partner platforms
• Provide timely updates regarding confirmations and scheduling progress
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and secure messaging systems
• Support adjustments or service updates when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation related to planning activity
• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development opportunities
