Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents by being patient, understanding, and attentive to their needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with mobility, turning, and positioning of residents as required
• Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to ensure the highest quality of care
• Uphold the values of honesty, respect, and dignity in all interactions with residents, families, and coworkers

What We're Looking For:

• Current CNA certification
• A compassionate, patient, and selfless attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to respect and support residents, families, and coworkers with kindness and professionalism
