Urology Advanced Practice Provider - InpatientDartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center – Lebanon, NH

The Section of Urology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire seeks a motivated Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse to join an established team of surgeons and advanced practice providers.  The ideal candidate will have experience or advanced training in Urology, although highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and education to adult patients with a wide range of urologic conditions on the inpatient service
  • Opportunity to expand your role over time, with potential involvement in consults, OR first-assist, and/or outpatient clinic care
  • Enjoy a dynamic balance of autonomous practice and collaborative teamwork, all in support of exceptional patient outcomes
  • Full-time schedule: Flexible scheduling to either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
  • Daytime shifts only, no call required

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
  • National specialty certification as Acute Care A-GNP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Required Licensure/Certifications:

  • Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRNs only)
  • Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
  • BLS certification
