We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Enterprise CRM System to join our Commercial Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Summary

We are seeking an Specialist to join the Enterprise CRM (ECRM) product team at BNY. This role provides hands-on experience supporting a large-scale enterprise platform while partnering closely with product, technology, and business teams. The analyst will support and own key aspects of day-to-day product work, including requirements gathering and analysis, process documentation, and user enablement. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business analytics, communicates clearly, and takes a proactive approach to identifying and delivering work that drives business outcomes through effective stakeholder collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the ECRM product team with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements
  • Write and refine user stories in partnership with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support effective prioritization
  • Analyze data and reporting to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system and process improvement
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Support user enablement through documentation, training, and ongoing platform support
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies, applying them to improve the ECRM platform and business processes

To be successful in this role, we are seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, information systems, or a related discipline
  • 1–2+ years of experience supporting analytics, business systems, or platform-driven workflows in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business processes, document requirements, and partner with technical teams to deliver system or data enhancements
  • Strong analytical judgment and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence through clarity and insight
  • Experience with CRM platforms, reporting or visualization tools, or Agile delivery practices preferred
