Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to provide high-quality clinical services to individuals and families. The Psychotherapist will deliver culturally competent mental health services, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
  • Conducts ongoing assessment and therapeutic engagement
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Assists with data collection and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate care with internal and external resources
  • Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
  • Active Drivers License
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Community mental health experience preferred
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
