Key Responsibilities

Install window coverings such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes according to measurements and specifications
Measure windows accurately for new installations
Inspect and prepare job sites to ensure safe, clean, and efficient installations
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily projects
Troubleshoot and adjust coverings to ensure perfect operation and appearance
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction
Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools and vehicles in good condition

Qualifications

Previous experience in window covering installation, carpentry, or a related construction trade preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude

Physical demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to [X] lbs, and handling materials and equipment. It requires manual dexterity, bending, and reaching, along with the ability to work in varying conditions while maintaining focus.

Pay: $22.00 to start
Schedule: Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
