As the Banquet Manager, you will oversee all banquet operations, ensuring each event is executed seamlessly from setup to service. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while delivering elevated, detail-driven experiences that reflect the spirit and prestige of The Roosevelt.What You’ll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Banquet Department
  • Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to determine staffing, setup, and service execution
  • Ensure all events meet client expectations and hotel standards
  • Partner with Catering, Sales, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams for flawless execution
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure a memorable event experience
  • Supervise, train, and coach banquet staff to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and transitions between functions
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor efficiency
  • Maintain inventory and control of china, glassware, silverware, and linens
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all banquet and event spaces
  • Coordinate with vendors and uphold compliance with hotel policies and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency

The Hollywood Roosevelt, a nearly 90-year-old classic and prominent character in Hollywood, has reprised its role once again with a modern interpretation to a fabled historical beauty. Located in the heart of Hollywood, the 300-room hotel is the perfect marriage between old world elegance and modern playful.
