Job Summary:
This is an entry-level role where you will communicate with customers via phone and email regarding aircraft parts inquiries. You will fulfill orders by locating parts in the warehouse, confirming proper documentation, and preparing shipments to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will handle invoicing in NetSuite, collect payments, and process shipments.
