Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another in Seguin, TX. We proudly produce over 200 high-quality, custom heavy equipment attachments — all made in the USA! Roles We Commonly Hire For

(1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities)

• Welders
       Weld and fabricate components while following blueprints, safety      standards, and quality expectations.
   
• Fitter Fabricators
       Read drawings and fit components together in preparation for welding and      final assembly.
   
• Final  Assembly Technicians
       Assemble finished products and ensure all components meet specifications      and quality standards.
   
• Steel Yard Operators
       Cut and form parts, safely handle, move, and organize steel materials to      support production operations.
   
• Maintenance  Technicians
       Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to keep operations running      safely and efficiently.
