Job Description

KVC Academy - Day Treatment 
Pay: $18.00-$21.65 per hour (Based on education and years of experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift 
Location: Cuba, MO

Job Summary

  • Assist special education teachers in providing individualized instruction and support to students with special needs.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with their daily activities and educational tasks.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Participate in classroom management and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress and performance.

Education:

  • 60 college credit hours
  • OR passed the ParaPro Assessment through Pearson or ETS
  • OR completed the 20HR substitute certificate course through DESE
