Job Description

Installer – Full-Time (Phoenix Warehouse)

If you like working with your hands, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this role is for you. Goodmans is looking for a reliable Installer to join our Phoenix team—someone who takes pride in doing the job right and being part of a solid crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be out in the field delivering and installing furniture at customer sites. This is hands-on work where no two days are exactly the same.

  • Deliver and install furniture safely and efficiently
  • Handle tools, materials, and equipment with care
  • Read job details and make sure everything is completed correctly
  • Spot and report any issues, punch list items, or changes
  • Work closely with your team to get the job done right
  • Represent Goodmans professionally on-site

  • Experience with installation, construction, moving, or similar work

The Work

This is a physical, active job. You should be comfortable:

  • Lifting and carrying 50+ lbs regularly
  • Pushing/pulling heavier items with help
  • Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and moving throughout the day
  • Using tools and working with your hands
  • Traveling occasionally (including some out-of-state jobs)
  • Meeting DOT clearance requirements
