Qualifications
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering student (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) for a summer internship. Key responsibilities include supporting product engineers, reviewing specifications, and tracking validation. Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks) and a GPA of 3.0 or higher are preferred.
Job Description
Your Contribution
- Support Product engineer during pre-launch and process validation phase
- Review of customer specifications and validation test procedures
- Organize read across meetings and prepare lessons learned documents
- Create and update validation tracker
- Review of drawings and perform stack up analysis
- Support iPCO activities
- Arrange and track shipments of pre-series and PV sample parts
- Review of quality reports for PV test
Your Experience and Qualification

Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university

Major: Mechanical Engineering

Class Standing: Sophomore, Junior, Senior

Preferred skills: CATIA, Solid Works, MS Office, MATLab, C+ / C++, HyperWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus, and Patran

Previous internship in automotive industry is preferred

Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
