Previous hotel engineering or comparable maintenance experience is preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include maintaining all equipment, systems, and building components, including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile, and other equipment. Additional responsibilities to include: building a safe and secure environment for all employees and guests. Providing safety education, enforcing company standards, and promoting the highest level of profit protection.
