Kelley Create seeks a talented and mechanically inclined person to join our team as a Service Technician. The primary purpose of the Service Technician is to repair and maintain office equipment for our customers. This is achieved by focusing on three key objectives: customer service, exceptional knowledge of various brands of office equipment, and a high level of professionalism. The Service Technician is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience with minimal downtime for the customer.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months of fine finger dexterity or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
None required.
Language Skills:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and emails; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to customers and other employees in one-on-one and small group situations.
Math Skills:
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Identify problems, gather information, and offer solutions.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The work is typically performed in an office or warehouse environment, with a moderate noise level.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and kneel for long periods of time. The employee must also be able to drive to the site where the work must be done. The employee must be able to reach with hands and arms to repair machinery throughout the day. Vision is required as the incumbent is required to read and respond to documents in hard copy and electronic form.
