Job Summary:
MIMCO is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Transaction Assistant to support the Acquisitions and Dispositions team in the coordination and administration of commercial real estate transactions. This entry-level role will assist with document management, data entry, reporting support, and general transaction tracking to ensure accurate and timely execution of deals. The Transaction Assistant will work closely with A&D staff and leadership, gaining exposure to the full transaction lifecycle while supporting process efficiency and organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience (Required)
· 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships in real estate, finance, or related fields preferred but not required).
· Exposure to commercial real estate concepts, contracts, or financial analysis through coursework or internships is a plus.
Education (Preferred)
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Ability to accurately handle large volumes of documents and data with a high level of precision.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized files, and track deadlines effectively.
· Ability to review documents for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
· Clear and professional written and verbal communication when interacting with internal teams.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint); ability to learn internal systems and software quickly.
· Strong interest in commercial real estate and eagerness to develop knowledge of transaction processes.
· Ability to take direction, support team members, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
